Every cloud migration begins with a Migration Readiness Assessment.

This is a structured discovery exercise across your current environment to understand what you have, how it’s connected, what the risks are, and what the target architecture should look like. This gives you a factual baseline before a single workload moves.

From there, we design your cloud architecture and migration sequence, prioritising workloads by business criticality and migration complexity. We use Infrastructure as Code throughout, meaning every environment is version-controlled, repeatable, and auditable.

Containerisation and secure DevSecOps pipelines are also deployed as part of the migration, so your cloud estate is modernised, more secure, more automated, and designed for on-demand scaling.

The engagement runs in three stages.

Assessment and architecture design: Migration Readiness Assessment, environment discovery, target architecture, and migration sequence.

Migration and modernisation: workload migration with zero disruption, Infrastructure as Code deployment, containerisation, and DevSecOps pipeline setup.

Hypercare and optimisation: post-migration support, performance tuning, cost optimisation (FinOps), and knowledge transfer to your team.
