Reliable applications.
Better business outcomes.

Enterprise applications sit at the centre of customer experience, operational efficiency and business continuity. When they run well, nobody notices. When they do not, the cost lands everywhere at once: in service levels, in staff time and in the confidence of the people who depend on them.

We take on the day-to-day running of those applications, from support and monitoring through to change and release management. That means fewer incidents reaching your users, faster resolution when they do and a predictable cost base you can plan against. It also frees your own people from keeping the lights on so they can focus on innovation, transformation and getting ready for AI.

How we manage enterprise applications

Our operating model spans the full application lifecycle: application support, monitoring and observability, incident management, problem management, change management and release management.

Full-stack observability (logs, metrics, traces and events) gives early warning, and alerts are correlated and routed through on-call escalation to the service desk. Tiered L1 to L3 support resolves incidents at the right level, with problems traced to root cause and known errors tracked. Changes pass through formal change governance, releases are validated after go-live, and a continual service improvement register turns recurring issues into measured actions.

Engagements typically run in three phases.

Phase 1
Transition and stabilisation
Transition and stabilisation covers knowledge transfer, runbook documentation, shadow operations and formally accepted SLAs.
Phase 2

Steady-state operations

Steady-state operations brings full ownership, daily monitoring, incident management, monthly SLA and KPI reporting and quarterly business reviews.
Phase 3

Optimisation

Optimisation then reduces resolution times through automation and moves towards predictive, closed-loop operations.

Operational security and governance.

Security is built into how we run applications. Changes follow controlled change management, with release governance and post-change validation before go-live.

Incidents are tracked end to end, and monitoring covers availability, performance and security signals. Our information security programme is aligned to ISO 27001, with MFA and formal privileged access management for remote access to client environments, plus regular vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
